I applied through LinkedIn. I had two interviews so far. The first one was around 30mins, with an account manager to understand my previous experience and if I could a potential fit. Then I was given the assignment to do two presentations to an account director and a VP.

What challenges did you find while doing the project?
Assessment, screening, then hiring manager. it was a straightforward process. very normal. It took about a month of scheduling to only get to the second round. Everyone was so nice, we just were not a match.

Interview
Most rigorous process, spoke with HR, did an IQ test, Hiring Manager, and then presentation. For the presentation round, you need at least 1 week prep which is difficult to do if you already have a job, but was a very well thought out assignment.
