The interview process was perfectly balanced, and I was tested for my coding skills as well as my soft skills. Also the company described the hiring process very well during the pre-placement talk and everyone was very helpful. Their enthusiasm for the role and the clear vision they shared about the future of the company only reinforced my interest in the position.
