First you speak with the recruiter, and then someone from Rockwood followed by a ride along to get a feel for a day in the life. I had to travel pretty far for the ride along since there was nobody in my direct area

A typical employer that couldn't care less about people. They simply ignore you and can't even say "no" in a proper manner. I wouldn't even consider engaging with such a company as a client if they choose the path of ignoring and silence. Nothing new or interesting. Despite this, the interview was pleasant, and the woman described the position in a very engaging way. But the ghosting ruined it all.

Interview
There are several catches to working here that aren't mentioned in the job description, including needing to provide your own iPad for the position, and needing to work unpaid time in stores that aren't related to sales. You are only paid in commission. I feel that the job title and description in the posting was misleading.
