I was interviewed by a panel of 4 individuals. There were 2 direct supervisors, program director and director of the facility. Each person asked 1 or 2 questions. The interview seemed impersonal as most of the panel was busy writing down my responses. So the questions were asked and then while I answered, all began jotting notes while I spoke.
