Rockford Center interview questions

A bit disorganized but I got to speak with the interim DON and then an HR specialist. The DON passed me on recommending me for the per diem position. HR manager wasn't available for pay questions but I was told she'd get back to me. I had to call 3x and finally emailed her to hear that I wasn't chosen.

The interview process was smooth. I was interviewed by the training/education RN. After we set up an interview date the same job recruiter contacted me to coordinate an interview as if they didn't track which applicants they've already contacted.
