Questions about my experience, my life, background, interests, hobbies, strengths and weaknesses. Overall friendly and flexible conversation. they know wanted to get to know me and then told me what they're after.

The interview was friendly, they asked about previous experience and we discussed the role. Standard kind of interview really. They were relatively relaxed. Ultimately it came down to my prior experience which was not quite what they were looking for.
