Received LinkedIn invitation for Technical Recruiter. I accepted and self-scheduled an video call, but the tool clearly has time zone issue. What's more, the call actually got cancelled 1hour before it started, due to client's requirement on certain industry experience, which should have been clarified before sending out message. I can feel its chaotic startup culture here.

Interview
There are three interviews in total given. A talent researcher vets you at the beginning; if moving forward, you're invited to meet with two managers from a department according to the skills determined. It is unclear what job they are interviewing you for. When you go into the second interview, the manager is perplexed why that particular job was chosen and sets up an interview with another manager.

Question 1
The managers you interviewed with did not really ask you about your experience and how you are/aren't qualified for the role. They did not talk about the job responsibilities. You felt like you didn't have enough information about the opportunity to ask pertinent questions.
