Fairly standard interview process that seemed to follow a STAR format for questions. There was a phone screening, panel interview, and final interview with Director. My interviews were on the phone and in person. They started allowing remote interview opportunities as needed, but it's really beneficial as a candidate to come on campus for an in person interview if possible.

Interview
Short interview discussing academic formatting, grammar, and ESL. Initially reviewed previous English grades and compared prior classes from my transfer school. Ergo, the interview took a mere 30 minutes, then I was enrolled into a RVC guided study to sharpen my skills as a tutor.
