Interview
Well structured, first interview with HR and line manager, second interview with head of BU, line manager and colleague. Well balanced questions. I was asked to prepare a presentation for the second interview. Enough technical questions to gauge technical knowledge.
Tras un intercambio previo de emails, logramos concretar un día y hora para realizar la sesión de entrevista online, esta fue a través de zoom, fue una entrevista no demasiado extensa ni formal, todo fluyó perfectamente
Caution: They do one-way interviews which is a terrible way of getting to know their candidates and does not provide a two way conversation. The whole point of an interview is to have a conversation, not recording a video of yourself answering them. I understand that they have so many candidates to go through, but a phone screen takes 10-15 mins of your time, which is about the same amount of time as you spend watching a video of candidates awkwardly answering questions. Really? This is how you gauge whether a candidate is worth of even talking to a human? Hard pass. Do better, Roche. This shows you really don’t care for your candidates and you’re missing out on quality candidates because of this horrendous interview practice.
