very straight to the point and insightful. There were 3 stages of recruitment process, each with its own peculiarities. I enjoyed the entire process and got the offer at the end of the day.

Question 1
Why do you want to work with us and why should we hire you
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

Interview
I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
