Scheduling both phone and on-site interview have been very disorganized. During the phone interview, I didn't have any chance to talk unless I interrupted the hiring manager. However, the person was pleasant, and although barely heard anything from me, I was invited for the on-site interview. Scheduling on-site interviews were very hectic. They gave one possible date. The secretary sent the agenda the day before the interview, moving the starting time by an hour without previously announcing it. The interview itself was not better organized; I had seven interviewers, one after the other, without a break or option to go to the toilet or take the coffee. The interviews were not unpleasant. However, there were massive technical problems that they couldn't solve until the very end, and I was expected to take care of this myself. Travel and hotel have not been reimbursed.

The process was long in terms of the number of interviews but pretty quick and well organized. I met first the hiring manager, then had an open presentation and several 1:1 interviews
