Interview
Conversational and also technical questions. Also asked for how I would act in certain scenario ie. conflict resolution, strengths and weaknesses, working in a matrix organization, influencing decision makers etc
The interview was smooth and professional by both HR and interviewers. 3 rounds of interviews which are HR call, technical with senior data scientist live coding, and hiring manager interview.
The interview went pretty well. The interviewers were friendly and posed insightful questions about the tech expertise they were looking for. The inly thing is that I don't think they incorporated Claude or other AI tools in their code production.
