The Roche intern talent recruiter reach me on linkdin, and suggested if im interested in a position MSL Nordic. I agreed and started the interview process, the interview process was about a 4 month period, because the position will be open later in the year. After the 3rd interview(In july) i had a positive evaluation from two medical country directors as a good candidate and by phone from HR i got an explaination that i should be prepared for the important level of the process. (so i spend my time doing research for the position). In september i recieved a mail that the position is going to another candidate (a short, unorganized and fast written mail).

Roche has started using a 'virtual interview' platform, which includes a few scripted questions, expecting you to record yourself answering them. The recordings are then viewed and assessed by HR.
