Interview
I started off with a phone interview with the district sales manager, then met 1:1 with the same sales manager for an in person interview. This was followed by a panel interview in which I interviewed with the District Manager, Regional Manager, Automation Specialist and a Sales rep. The panel interview was the toughest part of the process.
first interview with Human Resources and hiring manager. Second interview with hiring manager, head of function and head of department. Each interview lasted between 1 hour 1 hour and half. I was contacted a week later second interview with an offer.

Interview
Roche was refreshingly professional and considerate of a candidate's time. Very pleasant to interact with, on the phone and in-person. The interview process was somewhat typical and moderate in terms of difficulty. The company seems to offer good base salaries and benefits.
