Three interviews, all virtual due to covid and job was on different geographical location. the interviews were with the following:
-Human Resource Business Partner
-Head of Controlling
-Head of finance
All interviews took place on the same day, after that took 2 weeks to get the offer

Easy and straightforward, asked common interview questions, bothing too difficult, will be follow up interview with you at a later time, study up on roche and company policies and procedures from online sources
Hr reaches out for a quick hr interview, then i had an interview with the team leads then one more with the professionals. They were really friendly, overall had a nice experience.

Interview
Had to go through three rounds of interviews. First round with two hours of assessment followed by an hour interview. The management carried exceptionally high expectations to an extend unrealistic and not aligned with the job description.
After completing all three rounds of interview, no news from the HR at all. At least a courtesy to inform the candidate that they never get selected.
