A total of three interviews. One by HR, another as a prerecorded video interview, and the other with the hiring manager. I used the STAR technique as much as possible.

3 rounds including hiring manager. First with recruiter, 2nd and 3rd with Managers The final with GM and in person office tour. Overall was efficient but was some time required to organize staff timimgs

It is just a standard application. I polished the resume according to the job description and drafted a decent cover letter with the help from ChatGPT. I think this part went very smooth.
