Interview
The interview was held by the team leader. From the very first moment until the end it was very easy going, not too formal or informal. The questions and the course of the interview was well structured and were highly relevant with the specific tasks of the position and the required skills for these tasks.

Question 1
Describe me a situation you had to solve a conflict in a team. What would you do if you need to ask something to your colleagues/boss and need their response in order to do your work. Tell me a situation where you didn't have enough time to meet the deadline, how did you solve the problem?
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
