I was interviewed my the director of strategy. The interviewer was very congenial and put me at ease with a few questions about my back ground, education and experience. He seemed genuinely interested in knowing more about me as a person.

The process was straightforward. It started with an online application followed by a 20-minute interview with a recruiter and assistant to discuss my background and the role requirements and how I would be able to contribute to the team.

It was a very straightforward video call that started with an introduction, one behavioral and moved straight into a technical that was walking through a solution to a code. Very friendly interviewer who helped talk through it.

Interview
It is a daytime open event for visiting and interviews, lunch provided and introduced the position detail. However, only 2 positions are available so very competitive. We are divided into 2 teams and preparing for a team presentation about a small medical data analysis project.
