Interview
Eerst was er een telefonische voorselectie. Volgende stap was een telefonische assessment door een extern bedrijf. Daarna was er een sollicitatie gesprek bij het bedrijf naar aanleiding van de telefonische assesment. Toen volgde een 2 weekse training vij het bedrijf. en toen mocht ik beginnen als Customer Service coordinator.

Interview
The interview was 4 hours long. I was interview by 6 different people including portfolio managers. Overall a relatively tough interview with quick response time. They are very thorough in their interviews and provide constructive feedback.

Basic outlook of the Markets and different asset classes.

Interview
Very easy interview. I did 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was a super day where I had 3-4 interviews with different people. One with the VP of Process Development, three with different Portfolio Managers. It felt like a conversation more than anything and they explained the position as being very client management focused. The second round was with a senior manager, which is more or less a formality. I also spent a day with the group sitting there as basically a fly on the wall to see what the day to day is really like

The most difficult question they really asked was what my long term goals are. This position is really to build towards a portfolio manager where you spend a lot of time talking to clients and visiting clients.
