The initial hiring process begins with a creative exercise. They give you a sheet of paper with a box, and you're told to fill it. There's no other instructions aside from that. Next they require you to look over a couple of paragraphs and edit it to it's simplest form. They follow this up with a more structured interview with the manager and director.
The second interview consisted of a group interview with the entire office. A bit intimidating but overall a good "get to know you" experience.
