- great open door communication with team members and transparency with management - company has implemented EOS as a new operating system and has big goals to reach in the future and the steps to get there, lots of processes have changed for the better. - Since EOS, weekly department meetings now cover ongoing goals so you are never lost or directionless. - really fun work environment with team building and recognition (ask about the company retreats. they're actually fun) - flexible with your situation, if something goes down, you just need to communicate to management and they will absolutely work with you on whatever it is. - deadline oriented with clients, this could be a con for some, but team members are held accountable for their work - certification opportunities to keep learning - parking. for their current southtown location - when Covid hit, managmenent took precautions, seriously followed all CDC and SA city recommendations.
