I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robinhood (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied on their website, got an email and then call from the recruiter because she was familiar with someone I had worked with.
One phone round with an algorithm question and chatting with an engineer.
Then had an on-site, four rounds, involved design, general coding (any lang), algorithms, and behavioral.
Blanked on the behavioral, and I was shortsightedly vain in a couple moments, so I'm guessing (and hoping... for my ego) that it was a bad culture fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
self reflect on past projects, strengths/weaknesses

Interview
Codesignal OA -> Recruiter Phone Call -> Super day
The codesginal is a GCA and the phone call has the usual behavioral questions and they ask you about familiar programming languages.
I applied online. I interviewed at Robinhood (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Standard tech company process. Recruiters are very friendly and communicative. 1. Recruiter call 2. Technical phone screen 3. Onsite (1. DSA, 2. System Design, 3. Project deep dive, 4. Hiring manager call)
I wouldn't underestimate the coding challenge! The first couple questions were straightforward, but the second two felt like Leetcode hard. Be sure to complete the first questions quickly so you can spend a majority of your time on the harder questions.
