Interview
We met for a few minutes in the office of the co-owner. I went through to a round two interview with the other co-owner in their office and then we scheduled a more in depth conversation about the company and the opportunity. Everything was explained on a single sheet of notebook paper, the short and long term expectations and finally the commitment they were expecting.

Interview
There is an initial interview to weed through the various applicants and then if selected, there is a 3 hour process where one of the managers discusses the job in great detail. Then the manager discusses your interview with the owner and he has a 1-1 interview with you again to let you know what the manager thought of the second interview. A phone call is then made later that day to let you know their decision.
