Interview
Very Aggressive. Phone/Skype Interview and then multiple in person interviews very quickly. Had interview with manager then director and then area manager. All within about a week and half. Guess they were quickly trying to fill the position, but it was very intimidating.

Your typical personality questions. What did you do in this situation. How did you handle a difficult customer or issue.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
