Interview
Very straight forward 3 step interview process. Meet with local leaders and regional director. Feedback was very quick and communication was thorough throughout. Local leaders dive in to your skill set and how they can apply to the job. Regional Director covers pay and other logistics regarding the role.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
