Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how my previous experience aligned with the role i was applying to
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (New York, NY) in Sep 2012
Interview
They bring you into a room where you meet one on one with Division Directors. I met with 4 of them total. They all are very nice and ask basic questions about your past experiences and why you would like to work at Robert Half. It is not an intense interview but they are more or less screening you to see how you would fit in with their team. The people who interviewed me were very nice and the interview was not too hard to get through.

Question 1
Why do you think you would fit well in a sales role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
