I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was contacted by email to schedule an interview via Skype or FaceTime. The recruiter seemed excited about my coming on board for placement, indicating that I would be a good fit for a couple of current openings. We scheduled a FaceTime interview for the following week. She was late calling, she looked to be about 25 yoa! and the interview lasted approximately 25 minutes, mostly because I had questions. The call ended with her stating that she would review the current openings and call me if there was a good fit....I thought that had already been done and was the purpose of the sense of urgency and the FaceTime interview? Then I never heard back from her...EVER! No response to email or voicemail message. I would not work for them nor recommend anyone else to register with a company that apparently hires such unprofessional people.

Interview
FaceTime Interview was very quick and efficient. Recruiter gave resume advice which was nice. After the interview I just waited for a project to come up. Once a project came up I was contacted by the recruiter and told about the project to see if you wanted to be considered for it.

Interview
Easy. So easy, a caveman could do it. Show up, dress nice, smile. It’s just document review, having a good attitude is the most important piece. Try to include at least 30 words on hiring and the interview process that didn’t even take 30 minutes.
