I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Southfield, MI) in Apr 2014
Interview
1 phone interview with an RVP, 1 with a branch manager, a job shadow/2nd interview. Phone interview was pretty brief, but explained the business well. The face to face was relaxed and conversational, but a lot of open ended questions and personality type questions. Shadow was helpful and gave a good insight into the day to day.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview started with a brief initial phone interview. Next, they requested a virtual interview that lasted nearly an hour, followed by an in-person interview with two directors. They followed up with a brief phone call to gauge level of interest.
