Very formal interview. Was brought coffee. There was a mixture of differential people that i met with. We had a conversation About my work history and what drives me. Completed my 3rd interview now doing a shadow meet and greet.

Interview
I had a phone interview with branch manager in Cleveland who found my resume on Indeed. After convincing me of the position he asked that I come into the office and meet the team. Then in-person interview with my direct boss. Interview with senior peer. And last, ride-along in the bullpen for 2 hours listening to calls and sitting in on interviews. Once I was given an offer I had a background and drug tests and started the next week.
