I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Hong Kong) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview was personable, somewhat informal and not opposing. Felt very comfortable as we discussed my skills and where I want to be career wise. Was pitched toward more of a 'sales' role. Had four different level Recruiters from the company interview me back to back. From a supervisors to management. Focused on how my personality and character traits fit with the job.

Question 1
Describe yourself in 3 words and how these would be an asset in Recruitment.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half
