Worked with a particular recruiter. She reached out on Linkedin as I'm a great fit. Sent her my resume and never heard back. TWICE. Once in June 2021 and once in Nov 2021. Imagine getting ghosted twice by the same Robert Half Recruiter in one year. I've interviewed with other RH recruiters and it they are nice to you until the role they are working on closes. Then they ghost you - and apparently some have the nerve to reach out again.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
