I came in to interview as a temporary candidate and was offered an interview for the internal position which was opening up. The interview was scheduled the following day. It was conducted by the branch manager and the lead administrator. Very informal, behavior based interview. Felt comfortable and definitely got an idea of the culture, which was laid back and had a "family" feeling.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was a two step interview process. After emailing with the hiring manager, we met first in a board room to get to know each other and see what our expectations were with the position, then for the second interview, they had me talk to the hiring manager and the branch manager to gauge fit.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Washington, DC) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was interviewed by the immediate manager of my role first, then by a manager from the other side of the office who I never interact with, then by the initial manager's manager, and then by the initial manager again. I was offered the job on the spot. I started 2 days later. Very easy, conversational questions, almost no inquiry into my technical abilities or training.
