      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2019

      Interview

      Met with 2 managers and I was referred by two strong employees. The manager was new and can tell of the inexperience. Very basic and by the way she scrambled around... didn’t prepare. I never received a phone call back to even say they are going to pass or go with. After following up with employees that referred me, learned there is a high turnover rate. Should have asked before I applied.

      I enjoyed my interview process - engaging staff, seemed to be a positive work culture, good staff retention, opportunity to grow within the company. Everyone seemed to be happy in their job and the VP who interviewed me had been promoted from within through several positions.

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2019

      Interview

      Went very fast but was such a dog and pony show. Had a call with the AVP which dont be fooled by the title, they are very young. Think of the way everyone at a Bank is a VP. Next they bring you into thier Dallas office and you have basically rapid fire interviews with 5 people of different levels. They explain that you start at the bottom but make sure and tell you how much money they are making now. It only takes 10 years and thousands of phone calls to get to that level. Next step is the make you come in and shadow someone to get a feel for the work. If they like you they make an offer and move forward. Here is my advice to anyone looking for a job at a company like this. They basically push their candidates on employers that dont need any and you are not in sales you are essentially a telemarketer. If that is what you like and are good at then this is a good fit for you. The floor sounds like that of a call center where no real work is going on other than making dials and logging it into their Salesforce CRM system.
