I was setup in advance to interview with a Company at Robert Half's facility. The interview went great and I really enjoyed getting to know the prospective Employer. The scheduling and interview process was very professional
Pretty straightforward with Robert Half. A recruiter makes sure that you are a match. Once you start looking at specific companies is when things get pretty variable. I only interviewed once with the manager. The person who was in the role before me interviewed with several people on the team, so it just depends when and how the company Robert Half is working for decides to interview you.
