Short interview with two folks from Robert Bosch. Emphasis on prior employment history and any related experience. Short discussion of benefits and salary expectations . I was asked about my earliest possible start date. Very friendly interview environment.

Interview
The interview was good, hiring manager gave me a case study and 45 min to prepare a presentation and present it. The only negative thing ; after the interview, it took 3 months for company to return.
I applied for a job via LinkedIn. I received a form letter from a recruiter on behalf of Bosch that didn't address me. It said the Bosch team was interested and asked me to fill out a form about my work history. It took an hour and a half to complete. About a week later I got a rejection letter saying they weren't interested.
