The Hiring process is job seekers friendly but the qualifying exams is a must to passed prior to the next level.
1. Job vacancy - posted as advertisement in a National News Paper and career sites
2. Effective CV submission normally in hard copy forwarded by hand to HRMD
3. Pre screening interview during walk-in CV submission is a fast track bonus to be shortlisted
4. Online submission normally over crowded, base on experienced less chances to be called,
5. All shortlisted and pre-interviewed applicants are given the same chances to passed the pre-qualifying exams (IQ, Personality Test, Skills Test)
6. Those who passed are given the first one on one and panel interview on the same day.
7. Final interview with job offer and salary offer to follow after a week when a successful applicant received a call.
8. Successful applicants are ask to submit all pre-employment documents within maximum 15 days after the job offer.
9. When requirements are completed applicants will undergo full Physical-Medical Exam.
10. those who will fail in their PE's are automatically out.
11. Contract signing - first day of work will commence as per contract date.
