The interview process was as follows :- 1. Telephonic interview with Human Resource Responsable 2. Conversation with current intern 3. Direct Interview with line managers 4. Integration and orientation Overall it was a smooth process. Please recognise and be prepared for the varying european work culture. It is up to the individual to perform well and integrate themselves into the work culture and environment. Suggestion - please learn atleast one of the languages- French/ Dutch along with English (as it is the primary business language)
