Too many rounds. If you're not set on a candidate, why would you make them do 6 rounds of interviews, a practical examination/presentation that does not even get looked at (no feedback was provided) and then waste the executive's time?
The process needs to be cut way back because I doubt anyone working there is enjoying taking so many unnecessary meetings that take time away from working.
I know at least 3 other people that interviewed here and they all had the same experience.
