Easy/Simple phone interview. Just be honest, they ask about your experience and comfort with various skills. They explained all levels of employment and onboarding. Very happy with it overall. They were very clear with what they needed and what options were available for me.

It was very easy and super conversational. Just be very honest and they go over different opportunities and offers. Super smooth and it was not bad at all. Phone interview took about 20-25 minutes.
I did a phone screen with a recruiter who asked about my experiences and questions about my previous positions. They gave me situations and asked how i would go about it. pretty easy.
