I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Riverbed Technology (Champaign, IL)
Interview
Initially contacted by a technical recruiter, after which a technical phone interview was set up. In the phone interview I was asked all basic networking, operating systems, and few testin related questions. I cleared that round and was then called to Champaign, Illinois. The travel and stay was arranged by them. At Champaign I had 6 rounds of interview, each of 45 minutes. The first round I was asked given a networking scenario, and was asked to troubleshoot it. Second round, I was asked some random scenario, and was asked to troubleshoot, nothing technical. THe third interview asked me a very broad range of questions ranging from writing test cases, to networking concepts, to design question and a coding question. After that I was taken out for lunch with all the interviewers. The 3 rounds in the afternoon were again pretty much similar to the earlier rounds where I was asked to write test cases and few general questions.
