Meet with various management one-on-one. They ask you about your experience, skills, goals. Talk about integrity, values of company and whether or not you fit that. You need to dress conservative. They don't approve of any non neutral nail polish, any crazy hair, very old school. They invite you back to meet with GM before offering to you.

Interview
I received and initial screening with HR, from there I was called my the Guest Relations Manager and Front Office Manager. Two days after this interview I was call by the Front of House Manager and Rooms Director. Elaborate - they like when you paint a story for them. Also, always show a resolution to your story, never leave it opened ended.
