It was a 3 stage process, one informal phone call to discuss the role and experiences, one more detailed in person interview in the store and a four hour trial shift that would be unpaid.

A group interview was held with approximately 10 people. It was made to be fun and interactive. Easy to ask questions alongside explaining working for the brand. we were given a lovely gift.
