The interview felt awkward and impersonal. I participated in an interview process that included multiple stages. It took approximately three weeks to reach a second interview. During the interview, questions were asked in an unstructured format with limited follow-up. After the interview, the position was filled. No detailed feedback was provided following the decision. The outcome was communicated over the weekend.

Interview process was fine, and everyone I met was really lovely and friendly, but I went in for a face-to-face interview and never heard back either way (as of two weeks since the interview), which is a shame. I saw the job listing was reposted a week later so assumed I was unsuccessful. Hopefully this lack of communication / follow up was just a blip for them because, otherwise, the process was smooth and fine, but worth being aware of any tendencies for ghosting before you put any time / resource into meeting with them
