First step was an introductory screener with the hiring manager. This was followed by an interview with team member that mixed behaviors with a case question. The last round I got to was a marketing case study.

Question 1
Tell me about one time where you navigated disagreement.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling
Interview
This is the first time I've gotten an offer rescinded. I got a verbal offer, have plans to walk over offer with recruiter, and then was told later that week it was rescinded.
The interview process was extremely time consuming, so I'd advice against it. Rippling definitely showed through the rescinding offer that anyone is easily replaceable and we are just pawns and resources.
Think i might have dodged a bullet though.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was straight forward. Recruiter conversation, Manager conversation, then a virtual onsite with 3 different people. It was a mixture of case study questions as well as "Tell me about a time" type situational questions.
