I participated in 13 interviews, totaling 10 hours. Overall, the interviews went well, and the feedback was consistently positive. However, in the end, I was surprised to learn that they didn't have the budget to hire, especially since that topic had been discussed in the initial conversation with the recruiter. They were all consistently late to each scheduled interview. Didin't need to get put through the gauntlet just to be told a laissez reasoning, at the end, when their intention wasn't really there.
