Applied via Phone. They had posted a vacancy on another job site. Got ghosted after scheduling interview. The guy called me on Saturday night and asked me to be ready for the interview on the very next day ie: Sunday. I confirmed my availability and the interview was scheduled between 10am and 12 pm. I waited for the phone call and no one called me nor did they give me a genuine reason for ghosting me. Also found out that the glassdoor reviews of this company was fake.
