They emphasize the importance of personal traits such as working in a team, thinking out of the box, etc.

They used a structured approach, often with the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to dig into specific examples of how I handled various situations. The interviewers were approachable, making it easy to explain my responses in detail. I felt encouraged to share my unique experiences and perspectives. They asked about ten questions, covering a range of topics like problem-solving, teamwork, handling challenging situations, and specific project outcomes. The atmosphere was relaxed, with no high-pressure questions, allowing me to focus on demonstrating my strengths and achievements comfortably.
