I was invited to a zoom meeting and interviewed with two different individuals. The HR manager and the IT lead. They asked relatively the same questions as any other interviewer would.

What is your experience with IT? Do you prefer working alone or in a group? What is a difficult situation you had to deal with and how did you resolve it?
