I received an email after I applied for the position for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an in-person interview. During the actual interview, I was asked some basic questions about myself and questions related to the job position. Afterwards I was able to shadow one of the employees while he took a phone call.

Interview
The hiring process was a very smooth well organized process with Ring. I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me within 3-5 b/d over the phone for a brief interview and then scheduled a onsite interview that included a tour of office a opportunity to shadow someone already trained in job a applied for and then a one on interview with a hiring manager.

I was asked about my knowledge in android and ios and mac devices and also some basic trouble shooting questions with how to use them and basic behavior interview questions.

Interview
First interview was a phone call. We chatted for a bit about my work history and he asked me a question. After answering I was offered to come in for an in person interview the next day. When I arrived I was interviewed by the same guy I spoke to on the phone. After showing me around, he took me to an office, where I was asked a few more questions. After answering i was offered a job.
