Phone interview asking about mission and vision statement. The reason why I want to join the hospital. Why am I joining the particular role and what made me apply. Next was in person interview. Then shadowing for 2 hours

There was an in-person shadowing of the unit with a current RN, followed by an interview session of questions with the manager and other staff from the unit. It last roughly 2 hours.
